Housing
NUTRITION 2024 Attendee Housing opens in early February. Please Note: Registration is required to reserve housing in ASN’s Official Hotel Block.

*There are companies that are claiming to offer registration and housing services for ASN’s NUTRITION 2024, which are not affiliated with ASN and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive emails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register. Registration and housing should only be accessed from https://nutrition.org/n24 and reserved through ASN’s official registration and housing provider, MCI USA.
Meeting and Registration Policies
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Partial Refunds
- Cancellation requests received by 11:59 PM CT on April 5, 2024, will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellation requests received between April 6 and 11:59 PM CT on May 17, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
How to Request a Partial Refund
- Refund requests must be received in writing by 11:59 PM CT on May 17, 2024.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to asnnutrition@mcievents.com.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash and money order payments will be refunded by check.
Non-Refundable
- After 11:59 PM CT on May 17, 2024, registration fees are non-refundable.
- No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.
- Donations to ASN are non-refundable.
- Tickets to the Welcome Reception and ASN 2024 Class of Fellows, 50-Year Members and Past Presidents Luncheon are non-refundable after 11:59 PM CT on May 17, 2024.
SUBSTITUTIONS
- Name changes, substitutions and badge-sharing are not allowed.
