Abstract Waiver Application

Application Details and Key Dates

To offset the NUTRITION 2025 abstract submission fee for individuals who have been financially impacted such that they are otherwise unable to submit, or the full submission fee would present a hardship, ASN has established an Abstract Submission Fee Waiver program. ASN members and non-members are eligible to apply. Applications are subject to approval and approved waivers are limited to available funding. For consideration, please complete and submit an application by January 6, 2025. Waiver recipients will be contacted no later than January 10, 2025.

The application deadline for a NUTRITION 2025 abstract submission fee waiver was Monday, January 6. Applications past the deadline cannot be submitted.
