**Important Message Regarding Housing Scams!**
Room reservations for NUTRITION 2027 are handled exclusively by ASN’s official housing vendor. Phone, fax, or email communications from any other company or organization offering cut-rate housing for NUTRITION 2027 or stating that they are a viable alternative to going through NUTRITION’s official housing bureau are not affiliated with ASN or the conference in any manner. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to ASN-negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. Other groups report that after paying these types of companies, no room was reserved, and their credit card was fraudulently charged. For these reasons, and to support our efforts to give you a quality event, we highly recommend that you do not make any reservations through any unknown housing or travel company. Again, ASN has no affiliation with any of these room brokers. ASN’s official housing vendor is the ONLY official housing contractor for NUTRITION 2027. They will never call to solicit your business.
Meeting and Registration Policies
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Partial Refunds
- Cancellation requests received by 11:59 PM CT on May 3, 2027, will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellation requests received between May 4 and 11:59 PM CT on June 15, 2027, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
How to Request a Partial Refund
- Refund requests must be received in writing by 11:59 PM CT on June 15, 2027.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to meetings@nutrition.org.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash and money order payments will be refunded by check.
Non-Refundable
- After 11:59 PM CT on June 15, 2027, registration fees are non-refundable.
- No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.
- Donations to ASN are non-refundable.
- ASN One-year Join Now Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Tickets to the Welcome Reception and ASN 2027 Distinguished Class of Fellows, 50-Year Members and Past Presidents Luncheon are non-refundable after 11:59 PM CT on June 15, 2027.
SUBSTITUTIONS
- Name changes, substitutions and badge-sharing are not allowed.
