What has had the greatest impact on your career path in nutrition?  

Being OK with the fact it’s OK to not know what you want to do as a career in nutrition during undergraduate and graduate schooling. But never stop being curious or driven to learn as you navigate your path, and that includes being comfortable with putting yourself in situations that may be “uncomfortable” because you truly know nothing about the topic area. This allowed me to experience so many different career possibilities all while surrounding myself with great mentors who helped me eventually focus on a career path that was the best fit for me.
