Learning Objectives
At the end of this activity, attendees will be able to:
– Use core principles to design and conduct human randomized controlled trials.
– Prepare documentation and reporting requirements for clinical trial management.
– Apply best practices for data analysis and reporting of results.
Course Format
The course will be conducted virtually through two half-day events. Each day will consist of two plenary sessions with lectures and panel discussions. Programming will end each day with an interactive breakout session where practical aspects can be reviewed and discussed in smaller group forums. Participation in breakout sessions will be limited to the first 150 registrants.
A certificate of completion will be provided at the conclusion of the training. Presentations and course resources will be archived for on-demand viewing.

Continuing Professional Education
ASN designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8.25 CPEUs. Dietitians and dietetic technicians registered should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
