ASN Promotional Partner Program for Regional Scientific Conferences
In support of its mission to advance the science, education and practice of nutrition, the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with Academic Nutrition Departments and Programs (ANDP) Institutions by serving as a promotional partner for local and regional scientific conferences.
The ASN Promotional Partner Program for Regional Scientific Conferences will be a pilot program for 2026 as we determine its efficacy in amplifying the impact of regional scientific conferences which convene the nutrition science community and foster the career development of students, researchers, and nutrition professionals. This program is only available to ANDP Institutions in 2026!
To be eligible, conferences seeking ASN promotional partnership must meet the following criteria:
- Feature an objective, balanced, and evidence-based program
- Provide credible educational content to the field of nutrition science
- Align with ASN’s mission and member interests
- Meet the educational needs of the nutrition community, including stakeholders at all academic levels including students and trainees
- Convene a gathering of at least 100 attendees
As part of this pilot program, priority will be given to regional scientific conferences scheduled from February through April 2026. ASN requests applications be submitted at least 2 months before the Regional Scientific Conference to ensure all commitments from ASN to the partnering organization can be fully deployed. However, applications can be submitted with less than 2 months’ notice also.

To apply, please complete the application below. ASN requests applications be submitted at least 2 months before the Regional Scientific Conference to ensure all commitments from ASN to the partnering organization can be fully deployed. However, applications can be submitted with less than 2 months’ notice also.
ASN will evaluate the application to confirm the Regional Scientific Conference meets the criteria and reply to applications within two weeks of submission. If an application is approved, a Memo of Understanding (MOU) will be signed by ASN and the partnering organization outlining the commitments of all parties.
