Attendee Support Opportunities
Apply for a waiver or scholarship to attend Nutrition 2026

ASN is committed to making NUTRITION 2026 accessible to everyone who wishes to participate. By minimizing financial barriers, we ensure the best components of ASN’s annual flagship meeting — learning, connecting and sharing — are accessible to all.
Registration Reduction/Hardship Waiver
To offset the cost of registration to NUTRITION 2026 for those who have been financially impacted such that they are otherwise unable to attend, or the full registration fee would present a hardship, ASN has established a Registration Reduction/Hardship Waiver.
Registration Reduction/Waivers are available to ASN Members and Non-Members. Applications are subject to approval and awards are limited to available funding. Priority will be given to applicants participating in the conference program. Applications will be accepted through April 12, 2026. Notifications of approval and awards will be sent no later than May 27, 2026.
Scholarships for Individuals from Underrepresented Groups
ASN is committed to supporting the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in the field of nutrition and encourages engagement through participation in its education and professional development programs, including its annual flagship meeting, NUTRITION 2026.
If you are researcher, academic, clinician, scientist or investigator in the field of nutrition science from an underrepresented group, you may be eligible for a scholarship to attend NUTRITION 2026 made possible by the ASNF and the generous support of its donors.
