Registration Reduction/Waiver

ASN is committed to making NUTRITION 2025 accessible to everyone who wishes to participate. By minimizing financial barriers, we ensure the best components of ASN’s annual flagship meeting — learning, connecting and sharing — are accessible to all.

To offset the cost of registration to NUTRITION 2025 for those who have been financially impacted such that they are otherwise unable to attend, or the full registration fee would present a hardship, ASN has established a Registration Reduction/Hardship Waiver.

Registration Reduction/Waivers are available to ASN Members and Non-Members. Applications are subject to approval and awards are limited to available funding. Priority will be given to applicants participating in the conference program.

Please note that applications will be reviewed by ASN Staff.  All information entered is confidential and will not be shared. For consideration, please complete and submit an application by February 19th, 2025. Award recipients will be announced no later than February 28th, 2025.

The Demographic Questions include:

Questions about your age range, gender identity, race and ethnicity, sexual identity, ability status, and preferred pronouns. All demographic questions include a “prefer not to disclose” option, allowing you to opt out of any question.

Why are we collecting this information?

ASN and its ASN Foundation represent a diverse community, reflecting a breadth of experience, perspectives, and ideas. It is important to us, that we understand the dimensions of diversity in our membership as well as the entire nutrition community.

Demographic data on your preferences and attributes allow us to better serve you with relevant programs and services, establish key benchmarks and goals for inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility; and to support the development of future programs, resources, advocacy, and fundraising initiatives that foster representation, advancement, and engagement.
