Access the Meeting App and Online Schedule Planner

ASN is going green! There is no printed schedule for NUTRITION 2023. All info is online and easily accessible from your computer, laptop, tablet and/or phone. Get a jump on things by downloading and becoming familiar with the online options ahead of time…

First things first, create an account on the online schedule planner and/or mobile app to view the meeting program, view the exhibitors, create your personal schedule, and connect with attendees. For your convenience, the online schedule planner and mobile app are synced – giving you access to all of your saved information on both products after you login.

To create your account, follow these steps:

Download the Mobile Meeting App

  • Go to the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
  • Click here to text the app link to your phone or search for: ASN Meetings
  • Install the app on your device.
  • Locate the NUTRITION 2023 event icon under Upcoming Events.
    • Important Note: If you downloaded the ASN Meetings app previously, please delete it from your device and reinstall it. This will ensure you stay logged into the app in the future.
  • Create your account and update your attendee profile by entering your first name, last name, email address, and the Event Code exclusively provided to NUTRITION 2023 attendees.
  • Enter the Event Code: ASN23
  • Set up your attendee profile following the prompts provided.
  • Once logged in, explore the meeting program and click the “Favorite” or star to add a presentation or exhibitor to your personal schedule!

NUTRITION 2023 Hotels

All official NUTRITION 2023 are located within a mile of the Sheraton Boston. Hotel pre-arrival confirmations were issued yesterday for all reservations booked through ASN’s Official Housing Provider, MCI. Please check your email and review your hotel reservation to ensure it is accurate. To make changes to your hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly.

When you arrive at NUTRITION 2023, you will need to pick up your badge from Attendee Registration, located in the Sheraton Boston on Level 2. For a seamless check-in, please have your registration confirmation and a photo ID accessible. Attendee Registration will be open during the following hours:

  • Friday, July 21: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, July 22: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sunday, July 23: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday, July 24: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, July 25: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

*Note: For security and safety, conference badges must be worn at all times.

Continuing Education Credit

Select sessions at NUTRITION 2023 will offer continuing education credit to physicians and registered dietitians. Learners can claim credit for live attendance only. Credit will be awarded on a per session basis upon successful completion of the session evaluation. Learners should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The deadline to claim continuing education credit is September 30, 2023. Click here for additional information.

Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the American Society for Nutrition (ASN).

The American Society for Nutrition is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The ASN designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Registered Dietitians
ASN (Provider #NS010) is accredited and approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a provider of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs for Registered Dietitians.
