The Grain Foods Research Institute (GFRI) is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting nutrition research to better understand the role of grain foods in healthy lifestyles. GFRI exists to advance the public understanding of the nutritional benefits of grain-based foods by funding, facilitating, translating, and magnifying high quality grain foods nutrition science research.
