She received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science before deciding her true passions were in nutrition and health. She is currently in a dietetic internship and hopes to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist soon. Outside of her academic pursuits, Mallory works with a local farmers market as their nutrition liaison, teaching patrons about nutrition and encouraging the purchase of healthy local produce.
