Membership Criteria

Who Can Join

Accredited universities and colleges in the U.S. that offer or support nutrition degree programs (undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate) are eligible for membership.

Representation

Each member is represented by the head of their department. If the main representative can’t make it to meetings, they can appoint an alternate.

One Unit Per Institution

Each institution can have one department as a member. However, if an institution has multiple, distinct departments or programs that touch on nutrition with their own leadership, each can apply separately.
